ECRC - Educators Connecting Research to the Classroom

Two-Day Workshop

Print

ECRC's two day workshops are organized to promote instructor mastery at utilizing specific ECRC Theme Curricula, Action Packs and individual Motivator Maps. Hands on participation and lively leader/instructor interactions are the catalyst for in-depth understanding of the K-8 curriculum emphasis and our use of the Theory of Multiple Intelligences philosophy. Participants are quickly cast into the roles of instructor and learner to aid meta-cognition at multiple levels. All workshops include a period of ECRC support in developing an implementation plan of curricula use in family, enrichment, school or participant designated programming. Prior to the workshop, each participant is expected to complete a brief questionnaire to better help ECRC workshop leaders prepare to meet the needs and expectations of both individuals and the full group.
